Our Vision

A way of life based in harmony, caring, love, and joy, where support for adults, families, and children utilize empowering inner tools to achieve their greatest potential -- thereby raising humanity’s consciousness to experience their compassionate heart which benefits all.

An Awakening Center and Helaine Z. Harris dedicate our efforts to this purpose. We train psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, healers and coaches with clarity and commitment to the most effective methods presently available. We also teach and provide therapy, to groups, businesses and individuals, so they can expand and integrate their own loving wholeness and wisdom.

Our Mission

To achieve our vision we assist clients in:

* Understanding and growing past limitations and blocks
* Expanding their sense of self and giving them more freedom inside their body, physical and energetic, so they can become all they can be in their lives
* Awakening Their Power and Opening Their Heart
* Accepting and loving themselves
* Embracing and integrating the Shadow and all their sub-personalities that compose their Inner Family
* Assisting each one in connecting with their Inner Wisdom and Guidance by any name that is comfortable for their: Angels, Inner Wisdom, Great Mother, Great Father, Inner Healer, etc. and to be able to utilize guides in their daily lives
* Understanding the importance and assist them to align with their life’s purpose to the highest degree they can manifest and create the life they desire in alignment with this purpose

With psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, healers and coaches we:

* Share An Awakening Center’s body of knowledge and legacy
* Dedicate The Center to researching and learning the most effective methods for helping people grow and  become whole
