Course Outline
We’ll create a strong foundation for you to connect with your Sacred Heart Space and Spirit so you easily move forward in your business. You will be given processes to use when you feel stuck. You will have a morning meditation and visualization for you to do as well as an evening process to focus shifting your energy before bedtime. This sets the energy pathway at night for deeper transformation.
Using energy modalities creates the bridge between your conscious and subconscious mindset so that you shift from toxic self-talk to powerful life enhancing mantras, affirmations, and declarations to transform your energetic frequencies to a higher vibration.
We don’t just use hypnosis or tapping with EFT to automatically make the shift. It requires compassionate healing for that aspect of you to create new neural pathways in the brain, as well on the energetic and cellular levels all take time to rewire and reformat in the body.
