Depression changes the chemicals in the body and affects the brain. Consequently, learning coping techniques taken from Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is really beneficial because it shifts the body energy and helps you feel more alive. In this class you will:
